Petition Filed By My Wife For Divorce

My wife has pit a petition for divorce. In the petition she did not mentioned about alimony. Is there any chance of asking for alimony before the divorce case is closed.

there is every possibility for your wife to claim for permanent alimony . in some cases Court might even object taking into consideration welfare of lady . so get clarification from your advocate and mention the same about alimony in your affidavit and also your wife affidavit by stating that I am not going to claim any alimony from you either in present in past in future .

yes there is every chance for permanent alimony various sorry involved in invoking the provisions under the law alimony by the wife against the husband. please meet me at my office, share all the details as it is a matrimonial case, I will give more clear picture and can guide.
