Pending divorce case - bail matter & domestic violence case filled

My father in law has given in writing that we will settle the matter as mutual divorce & they will pay 22 lacs with me & my husband’s signatures , this application has already been submitted in court in their bail case. But no he is refusing to give money.can they refuse like that? What can be done ? We have 3 pending cases - there bail case , divorce case & domestic violence case. Pl suggest
their bail application will be dismissed as they are prompting court to grant bail on such promise of settlement amount. such non payment which was once ensured by them shall chase them in the case till the end and ultimately courts may draw negative inference against them. hang in there.

as i can read ur issue tht is really very much serious in nature . in your issue i think there is urgent need of immidiate action against your inlaws so that they can get arrested again and they can get punishment for the wrong treatment they have done with you in my views u people need to take urgent action in high court so tht high court can order for there arrest and swnd them to jail and punish them . as well as with tye help of the cour you can get the 22 lac amount gor which they have aggread. you need to file urgent application in high court
