Past pathology lab report check

I want to understand if there is a way to make pathology labs share the report of pregnancy tests done in past of a woman based on some legal notice
Well, despite you get successful in sending a Legal Notice via Advocate to create pressure upon Pathology Labs to share the report of pregnancy tests done in past of a woman, you won't get success, as Pathology Labs won't share such report of pregnancy tests of a woman done in past by them, citing, Right of Privacy which is guaranteed under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution! You have to seek order from Court to get such report by presenting reasonable grounds for seeking access of such report!
