Past 14 yrs husband has been drinking alcohol

How to get a divorce from a person who drinks alcohol ? Drinks in the day time because of this there is quarrel in the family.my daughter is 12 yrs and because of the quarrel she is getting affected

Dear Sir, The victim wife may file Divorce and also claim huge alimony since her husband is a drunkard. The Court will take into consideration the allegations made by the wife if supported by oral and documentary evidence. To strengthen her case she may have to file supporting cases like Domestic Violence and maintenance for herself and her daughter.

it you can collect some proof of his alcoholic addiction which also can be proved with your daughter's evidence you can proceed eligallycan proceed eligally. but what I suggest that you file for judicial separation instead of divorce.

1.file case in the court for judicial separation. 2. file case in the court for divorce. 3.lodge complaint in police station against your husband drinking alcohol by your husband during day time is a mental torture and cruelty.
