My husband works in Air India as cabin crew international flights, i have filed mnt 125 and dv case against him. He warned me he will fled away from India soon as his sister is in uk already. I am a mother of four years old son . My husband forcing me to divorce him as he filed case in this Hazari court. Please help how to stop him from running away from India. How to secure my son's future i am single mother and my parents are not more. I only have husband's maintenance to secure my son future

What is the status of all the cases filed between you two? Has interim maintenance been granted? Is your husband offering you any amount for divorce? If yes, how much? How long have you been married? Also, you can file an application for confiscation of your husband’s passport, if needed.

Before he runs away from India at the earliest please approach your nearest district court for filing of maintenance petition with interim application for maintenance . Ask your advocate to Get permission from the court to deliver the summon of the court as soon as possible through the And even if he runs away from India before filing of your petition court will pass orders against him for his presence, i.e bailable, non-bailable warrant and then proclamation would be passed against him .
