Paspport query for divorce case

my divorce case is in process and i want to travel to abroad on work visa in next week.can i travel on same passport (on which my husband name and in-laws address is mentioned ) ? as i have given power of attorney already.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have already given the power of attorney to your family member yes you can go abroad but it has to be seen what is the stage of your case as you can file an application after discussing with your advocate about this for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
