if your ex is theatening you by messages or calls save them as evidences and you can either give a complaint to police and if police are not supportive you can file a case in Court for getting an order from the court against him not to theater or contact you ever.

Lodge a police complaint and ask the police to bring him to the police station and warn him. If he doesn’t stop then they can arrest him and take him into custody. It’s necessary that a complaint is lodged to keep you safe in the event he does something to himself
