Parents fighting for divorce over 6 years still got no conclusion

I live with my father and My parents fighting for divorce over 6years where my father wants a divorce but mom neither want a divorce nor willing to live together as a family ...what to do in this case

dear client as per your query I can only suggest you that as per your query it's not clear that has your father filed the divorce petition if he has filed then he may proceed for exparte decree by giving an application if your mother is not appearing in the court for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

if your mother not want to give divorce and she not willing to live with your father as family. it can't be done that both remedy she have. but if there any harassment or cruelty your mother can file the cases against your father. after that may be both parties got compromise.

it's a matter of cruelty your mother is harassing your father bcos she don't wish to stay with him , divorce can be filed on grounds of cruelty as per Hindu marriage acts cruelty can be different kinds file a case for 13 (1)a go for legal advice further and file a case...
