Parental pressure / applying for divorce.

My parents forced me to marry this guy on 29th October 2020, since then I have never stayed with him or moved to his house to cohabitate. I am a CA and I have a stable job, using my earnings I moved to Pune to lead my own life on 30 December 2020. I have informed my parents multiple times that I do not like the marriage and I have told the guy the same thing. Now they are forcing me to go back to my hometown. They are telling me that they will end the marriage once I come. I do not believe my parents. If my parents keep forcing me, what legal measures can I take?
Send your Husband a Divorce Petition to sign. Don't move to your Hometown. You can give Divorce from where you are living. After taking Divorce, Move to your Hometown. It will take years for you to get Divorce if your Husband is not willing to give Divorce. Otherwise, it will take, upto Eighteeen Months from Six Months after living separately for one year from him to seek Divorce.

firstly you go and file a divorce against your husband and before reaching at your place go the police station and inform about what has happened and tell them you parents should not pressurize you for anything

First of of all the marriage itself is voidable as the same was not by consent of marriage and it seems dear a forceible marriage. You both have to file Divorce petition by mutual consent but for that separation period of one year is mandatory as per Hindu Marriage Act. You can file petition for voidable marriage and can convert the same under mutual petition.
