Other Party asking If I have found a girl then they will give Divorce

I have 498-A, Domestic violence and CRPC 125 case filed against me. During the proceedings I requested for Mutual Divorce. Now, other Party asking If I have found a girl then they will give Divorce.
Is this some kind of trap ?
Is it fine if I say yes i have found a girl to marry or will it go against me ?
First get your matter refer to court mediation and expose the other party to multidimensional suggestions platform in the presence of mediator. get their suggestion noted with mediator. perhaps you may get a chance to have some constructive and tangible offer from other party. Or have a talk of settlement before the court/judge where your case is pending.

hello sir, I went through your query. it is wise to get all the cases against you dismissed and then thereby asking for a divorce. if you claim the reason behind your divorce is to get married to someone else then your wife can ask for divorce on the grounds of cheating
