Online stalking help what do I do

I need your guidance and help there is a man I started chatting to from one of the matrimonial portals, there was a sentence he used “btw I hate fat women” to which I responded so if your wife gets pregnant with your kid and puts on weight you will dump her and he said yes dump her” to which I had to remind him what a condescending statement it was etc.. and I had to remind him about how his mother also must have put on wtg he is now stalked me on all platforms (it was just one chat ) he has gotten me removed from the website he is threatening my work staking my Facebook page. I don’t even know how to react

Sorry to know about your situation. You need to file a criminal complaint at a nearest police station. The complaint should be drafted properly mentioning every detail. The complaint should be drafted in a way that the offence is made out.

you can file complaint against him under sec 354 of IPC. said section states as under : 354C. Any man who watches, or captures the image of a woman engaging in a private act in circumstances where she would usually have the expectation of not being observed either by the perpetrator or by any other person at the behest of the perpetrator or disseminates such image shall be punished on first conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than one year, but which may extend to three years, and shall also be liable to fine, and be punished on a second or subsequent conviction, with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than three years, but which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

you can file a case of threatening and online stalking and defamation in the court of law directly without even going to the police if u dnt find any help from the police with proper evidence and the caht records you have with you
