Ongoing Section 9 Case and Divorce Settlement

i filed sec9 case, my wife pressurizing me to file for divorce, and she dont want to live with me, she asked for 40 lakh alimony to give me mututal divorce, but my sec 9 case is pending, also she is threatening to file dowry and dv case if I dont agree for mutual divorce
Don't worry about false dowry and dv case the courts today are taking false cases filled by woman /wife very seriously. I think she has wilfully left her matrimonial house and therefore u have filled sec 9 ,in such a situation u have a strong case .If u have any threat messages /calls of her threatening u for registering false cases let me know .Contqct me for any help.

You are not bind to follow the instructions of your wife. If she is threatening to file DV and dowry then too it is very tricky for her to contest that. Your case under section 9 will be helpful for you to contest her DV and dowry case,
