One party not available on date of hearing in Mutual divorce

We have applied for mutual divorce on may 2017, and hearing date is Nov 30th,2017. However, she went to the US and she might not able to travel India by Nov 30th. is there any alternative solution to make her appear through skype video call

Yes, sir, recently there is a caselaw with identicial material facts.Bring the fact to the knowledge of the Court at the earliest, and if the Court is satisfied and it is the discretion of the court to allow skype or video call.

Hi,
As of now the court here has not yet started as what you said. However you can ask for another further date so that court would understand and provide a date and then she has to come back and appear

No, her presence in court is mandatory. Both the parties should be present in court on the date of hearing for mutual divorce, if not you will be get another date of hearing and your matter will be delayed. Both the parties should be present on next date of hearing for getting mutual divorce.

If any of the party not to available in the mutual divorce application court can grant another hearing date if any specific reason he/ she can't appear that person gave aGPA inFavour of person on that GPA the court records the evidence on behalf of absent person and personally chequed in Skype
