I am Hindu . My husband wants to divorce me. But I don't want to give him divorce. We got married on 30th June 2017. We have also registered our marriage. On what terms court could deny divorce?

You don't want to give him divorce mean you can file RCR petition against him then you tell your valuable reason to that petition after that court will decide

the marriage duration was only 1 year of completion. the person may file RCR case against the husband to live with him. the person may also seek maintenance if in need. the other process can be made only by the court
