On what ground I can file one sided divorce.


30-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have been married since 7 years. Since 7 years he is not doing any job or business.. business which he started by his father, looses half of the money in cricket betting.. not taking my n our son responsibility.. left us in October 2023.. since then we are in no touch.. my family my parents look after me n my son... If I apply for divorce then he will not ready to give me.. in what ground I can take one sided divorce with him.. plz help

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have make up your mind and want to file divorce as it's a last remedy if amicably nothing can be solved between both of you as u can file a regular divorce ie 13A but there should be a minimum period of desertion time of 1yr if he will not appear then you can get exparte divorce decree for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
