Obtaining call details without consent

My husband got my call details of last 6 months without my consent. Is this legal?

No person can get call details or call recording of someone's mobile just like that, for that the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India has made some rules which have to be followed. If your husband is asking for call details for any case and you If there is any crime against him then the concerned police officer will be the SPYour call details can be extracted only after taking permission. For this, it is necessary that by giving an application, for what purpose the call details of a person are required, only then it will not be available otherwise
