Obligation and voluntary request for child support

I and my wife living separately for more than an year. I used to pay for child school fee. But my wife is denying that I should not pay now. Since I'm financially better than my wife and I want to continue my son to study in same school that he is studying.. I want to take care of his educational and medical expenses voluntarily.. But my wife is not accepting it.. Can I file petition for this.

Well and good, you are willing to pay for educational and other expenses. It has become common that wife denies financial support from the husband in order to make her side strong for litigations. But you keep paying as usual by depositing in bank account or by other means except by cash. If your wife returns that amount it will become a good evidence to strengthen your side. If you want live with your wife you can go for restitution of conjugal rights petition. If you want to visit your child regularly you can file custody petition. If the relationship can't be continued you can file divorce petition. Financial soundness is a big plus on your side.
