HMOP filled under 12(1)a. Marriage not consumed.. Can we get divorce against that HMOP
marriage has not been consummated owing to the impotence of the respondent. You are eligible for divorce, but put to strict burden of proof. you need to have a medical certificate of you spouse confirming that he/she cannot have consummate a child.
