Nullity of Marriage Under Sec 12 HMA

Hi All,
My wife has filed a petition for nullity of marriage under Sec 12 stating that I am insane and the fact was suppressed by my family,we were married in the month of March,2020 and she left to her house in the month of April,2020 and she has filed a petition under Sec12.
I am very much sane person and hail from a respectable family and I am working with a reputed IT major as a Software Engineer.
This petition is just to tarnish our (me and my family) image in the society.
Can I file a defamation case against my wife?

you cannot find any deformation case against your wife but you must file a counter petition to the petition filed by your wife in the family court and defend your case that you are a Sane person and to prove that 1 you must produce such evidence under the same also reciprocal to your wife your wife also should prove that were injured person by producing the relevant record before the proper Court
