Not maintain relationship till now & I want divorce what to do

I was married on January 2013, after first day of marry I left home. Till date, during marriage she was not in legal age. Now I'm living so far to her. Now I want to marry other girl, 1).what should I do before marry to other girl. 2) she will never give me divorce if I go for divorce petition. What so I do? 3). She and her family know that I have relation with other girl. So what they can do against me? 4. Should I marry with other girl or wait? 5). How could I proof I don't want live with her?
Your query is not clear if after marriage, you have been living with your wife or not? When did you started living separately, what do you mean by legal age? Further you can't marry any other girl without obtaining divorce from your existing wife if this marriage was a valid one. You should meet me first before taking any decision.

Sir marrying a minor girl is void as per law but you can file a petition under prohibition of the child marriage act to nullify your marriage afterwards you are entitled for marry another girl only after the previous marriage is nullified
