non respondant spouse - procedure to get divorce

Dear Lawyers,
We registered our marriage under HMA, 3 years back. after 2 years of marriage life, we both agreed to get divorce(by mutual) a year back, since then we are living separately with no communication. I started sending reminder emails and letters to her, but no reply for those.
I do not know what should I do to proceed to get divorce? how long should I wait for her reply. but we both knew already, we can not be together in this marriage.
If these kind of communication emails or letters would be acceptable by family court? any early chance in getting divorce if she is not responding?

she is not reply mean you can file divorce against her by way of cruelty so first you can contact advocate they will inform you.

If you are a Hindu couple, you can seek divorce on the ground of desertion. There needs to be a compulsory period of two years of actual desertion, and this can be proved in court from what you say.
