Non paying alomeny after divorce & recovry of dowery & jwellery

I want to know even after judegment of my divorcey my ex husband who is liable to pay me a alomoney of 10k per month is not paying me the same even not responding to any of the communication. along with that i my parents had paid 5 lac as dowery and jwellery as well which is in possession of my ex in laws which they are not returning back. please suggest what can be done in this case.
if your husband is not paying alimony accordingly then you can file an execution petition in the same court which decides the maintenance, court can issue warrants against your husband for execution. as far as we concern with the question of return of dowry article then this relief can be taken under domestic violence act.

dear client if you're order was from family court you can file an application through ur advocate that no maintenance u/s 125 is given to you it's not alimony if he has not filed a revision in high court it's a contempt of court try to oppose strongly you can also say to the court for further details do contact us

hello, u have a judgement from court against ur husband for 10k, but ur husband has not done that commitment. In this condition u appear in court and receive a warrant (dasti) and went ur police station after that ur husband arrested from police and send in court room for court order.
