Non consummated marriage and Wife is not coming back to me and blocked

I was married and my Wife had always asked for time and soon after the marriage she convinced me to go to her home. Now she has blocked me from everywhere and I tried reaching her home and her parents and they too supporting her and saying this marriage wont work anymore. They have cheated on me. She had left for her home for purpose of studying and she is still pretending to do the same but never talking to me. Everytime her phone is busy when I call her. How to get out of this legally ?? Plz h

Dear Sir, Please get issue a strong legal notice saying that she has deserted you voluntarily and not interested to make the marriage successful. Ask her whether she is ready for mutual divorce if not you can immediately go for contested divorce which may take 3-4 years to get result. In the meanwhile if she files any false cases then you can defend if you already filed contested divorce.

you can file RCR ( restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and request the court to instruct your wife to join back to the matrimonial life with you. please contact for further help

before completion of one year of marriage you could have filed for nullity of marriag on the basis of non consummation of marriage. now you will have to device a way to file divorce. if you are in Bangalore and come to meet me we can discuss the issue.
