sir i got married 3years back by register mrg because ours is love mrg. after 6mnth of mrg der is no contact between us..ow i dnt no wer is he at present. i need to take divorce. plz suggest me how to take divorce in his absence.

no need to worry about it u can file divorce and obtain a decre in his favor of you have to apply we're u residence we're has been registration and obtain divorce u need to get we're the family court is and need to obtain ex part divorce vib hid absent
