Need to send notice for divorce

I am girls brother and I need to send divorce notice to my brother in law as he is not ready to give divorce mutually.
hello, I have seen your query carefully but you have not described the real and true on which ground your sister wants to go for divorce. There are two ways to get divorce in hindu marriage act. First on the basis of mutual consent and second is on contest basis. But on the contest basis your sister has to prove the facts of cruelty or adultory etc on the basis of documents and other evidences like police reports and medical records etc. It is better to send a legal notice to your brother in law initially and give him a reasonable time to give his consent for mutual consent divorce otherwise your sister will go for police complaint and petition for domestic violence. if you need any further information or clarification then please contact me without any hesitation through the administrator of this website
