How i can get early divorce petition before 1 year marriage period & what process I should follow for Alimony

Hi Madam, Please elaborate more on what grounds do you seek divorce from your spouse? Generally, the courts do not interfere in granting divorce within 1 year of marriage. Please call for further clarification on the issue Thanks Adv Dr Preeti

As per Hindu Marriage Act and Laws of Marriage in India, no one can file for a divorce within the first year of marriage. Instead of getting a divorce you can file for a judicial separation. In case, you are looking for alimony then you can file a petition for maintenance in court.

You can go to declare your marriage voidable if the facts the in laws or your wife hide something from you or conceal the facts which cause to difficulties to live with your wife or conceal anything from you regarding anything which is important to a relation,, or if not like that than u can also go for 13 hma after one year of marriage.. And if the condition is serious than u can also file divorce anytime if it is dangerous to live with your partner..
