As per the law marriage need not to be prooved registering it , if your opposite party not denies the marriage it's presumed to be prooved but before that you have to convince court with course of incident , take a advice from your advocate they will assist you in procedures and proceedings

You can regiter it if you have legal divorce from the Court. Normally court never insists for marriage certificate for registering divorce case. After that you can divorce by ex parte or otherwise.
