Need to file Restitution of conjugal rights against my wife,..........

Willing to file RCR as my wife is not coming to home and not talking to me. Also not showing my 2 year old daughter to me. She is trying to keep 498 case by all false allegations. What should be my next step. Please suggest.............................
yes it is possible section 9 of Hindu marriage a ct you will file a RCR case it is possible don't worry you will file it and prove t he court she will not come to live with me but I want her like that and give strong evedance to court than you for asked question

Just file Restitution of Conjugal Rights case and also claim child custody or visitation rights. If she files false 498A case then get anticipatory bail and then approach High Court for quashing the same. Your bonafide efforts may give you positive results.
