Need to file for divorce after 5 years of marriage

I have been living in Kuwait since last one year and 3 months due to my job and also due to Covid restrictions. And it's been a year and 3 months since I have seen my husband. I want to file for divorce citing personal issues which I have been facing since many years now. Please guide me as to how to go about it, I want to send the legal notice to my spouse in Mumbai

in this case you can proceed to file legal notice to your husband for divorce i.e. for contesting as well as mutually.
you can also claim maintenance and other rights in the said notice. if you don't receive any reply, then you can proceed to file contesting petition before the court

Hello ma'am! for filing divorce petition, first you will have to send him legal notice of your intension. If he is also ready for divorce then you can file divorce by mutual consent. It will take 6 to 10 months period. If your husband refused to file divorce by mutual consent, you will have to file and contest divorce. It can take about 2 years period.
For issuing legal notice to your husband you are required to give me parawise description of incidents based on which you are thinking of divorce.
we will wait for a month's period for getting his reply. if he does not reply notice we will directly prepare divorce petition.
