Need to file divorce which might not be mutual

I am a Hindu male married for close to 2 years, without any physical relationship. I was forced into the marriage. I want to file a divorce but the girl is not ready to leave yet. What are my chances. How can I get a divorce?
I am guessing your marriage has been done under Hindu marriage act and accordingly as per Hindu marriage act marriage can only be consummated if physical relationship has been established between the spouse.
Secondly anytime you can go for divorce for both the grounds as you mentioned. Just you need to draft your divorce petition wisely and placeed it before the learned judge.
But please keep it in mind if your wife is not working lady then you have pay the maintenance as well.

If the marriage is not consummated till date then you can file a suit praying for declaring the marriage as a nullity as consummation is an essential ingredient of a valid marriage otherwise it is not a valid marriage in the eye of law.
