Need to file case for child custody without divorce

I am staying away from my husband since 8 months, my husband forcefully taken custody of my child and he not allowing me to meet my children, he is even not allowing me to talk to my children over phone. My son is 3 yrs and daughter is of 7 yrs. Pls advise such that I can get my children custody and meet them whenever I want.

dear client as per your query since you are allowed to meet your children, you can file for custody of the child so that you can get the custody or even you can meet your children as per accordingly ...

Yes, you are entitled to get the custody of your children as per law. You will have to file a suit before the Ld. Court praying for the custody of your children. In the mean time (before and till the disposal of the suit) you will also be able to spend time with your children in a particular place such as a park or anywhere like it as per the direction of the court.

you can very well get custody of both of your children as a mother what you need is a good lawyer who technically can assist you in getting the custody of your child and moreover it is very important proper representation is necessary
