Need to apply for divorce and claim alimony for child

I made petition on my husband in police station for domestic violence .He was advised and agreed to live peacefully. But he didn't show up .so I decided to go for divorce but he was not willing to give divorce as I will claim for alimony and settlement for my child.Can I get house of him in the joint of my husband and my mother in law as settlement if I'm applying for divorce and claim settlement for my child .

you can apply divorce ar the place of marriage or where the parties are residing. you should produce proof to that extent and for settlement you should approach court. unless you proceed legally you cannot claim.

from your writing it's very clear that you are not interested in real life and seeking ways for grabs the money of your husband. the matter of alimony be decided by the competent court only not by others. hence apply for divorce proceedings
