Need separation from my husband since he is sex chatting online

My husband and I are married for 5years and it happened after a love relationship of 7 years. But he is always chatting to other girls and now he moved to bangalore for work and started to online sex chat with girls. He always hides his mistakes and talk only about old issues and verbally abuse me and my parents. Please advise what is the procedure to separate from my husband?

You can file a case before appropriate court for judicial separation if you are not prepared for divorce. To succeed in such a scenario you need reasonable extent of evidence to prove harassment, abuse and cruelty.

If you find the relationship unhealthy, you can always prefer for a divorce by mutual consent. If he does not agree, then, proceed with a contested case. In the case of a contested case, you have to provide proof of abuse or misdoings, in order to create a strong case with grounds for divorce.
