Need more information on divorce for arranged marriage for past 6 mont

Hi , I am arranged marriage past 6months ago .. I'm getting vocal torture from my husband side n their family . so I'm fedup . can I get divorce soon ?

madam u r sailing in early mornings of your married life. For getting divorce some important ingredients should be made out to fit it in the frame work of law. unless we come to know what was the harassment we cannot advise. but in case if the husband and in-laws harass and abuse you all the times then definitely you need to file a complaint before the jurisdiction police either for Dowry Harassment Or Domestic violence etc in which definitely ur problem of harassment will be take care.

You need to wait for a period of one year before you can file petition for divorce under ground of cruelty or any other grounds you need to send legal notice before filing the petition before court. If you are torture physically lodge a police complaint that will help you to get divorce
