i am victim of verbal abuse , mental harm and financial harm , my husband abuse me like bad word in front of every one i have 3 year old daughter in front of her he scold me abuse me , my husband is alcoholic the situation gets worst when he dinks almost 3 day in a week sometimes daily. i am working women and earn 2 more than my husband he do nt spend a single panni for me in fact i take care of my daughter expense and give loan money which my husband take in his name for home, he abuse my parents in front of me daily and do nt allow me to go me and my daughter to my native , his mother also same as him for me and my parents ,i am mentally ill bcz of his daily action.please suggest
send a legal notice seeking for divorce by mutual consent if he agrees file for the same if not then go for contested divorce you have good ground to win the case. please feel free to contact me for further guidance if u need in this regard

u can seek divorce or maintenance from him and u ak for maintenance from him or u can aldo filr desertition petition from him it all depends ss wat is ur intention wethervu need divorce or maintentainence from hin and u can also file

he gave mental torcher every day how can you face every day in your life he dont give peace f mind so you have a doughter si you want to continue with your marriage life you want your husband you have to try once alcholice stop center send him thise is your choice we are not force you snd one more think is if you want divorcr you will approch the court with advocates this us best suggetion to you thank you
