Haan…on the basis of cruelty you can always file a divorce case against your wife under section 13(1)(i)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act. But I would suggest to go for the mutual divorce because it’s cost effective and gets over within maximum six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes you can file the divorce case on the ground of cruelty and cheating.... and u can also quote instances Jahan per uska behavior Strange raha hai aap se and if it amounts to cruelty then u have strong case for divorce in your favor
