Need legal advice about extra marital affair getting caught
25-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I had an extra marital affair with an office colleague. Her husband found it out through her whatsapp chats and also found out places/hotels we visited together. Then he called me at his house and then he opened his laptop and made me login into my office email ID and put my resignation. Then he also informed my office director on call that i misbehaved with her wife which she denied later on in office. He also made me call my office directors from his house to inform about my resignation and then he snatched my office sim card and after 3-4 hrs of mental harrassment and a slap he told me to leave.
Can i file any complaint in this situation after 2 weeks.
hi
as per latest judgement of the hon'ble supreme court the offence of adultery is abolished.
if the other person will force his wife to file false complaint then it can be quashed before the hon'ble High court.
before the quashing you have to avail anticipatory bail to secure yourself from arrest

if he has proofs to produce before the police that you had an extra marital affair with his wife, then what do you have to support your case.
complaint should have been filed immediately. considering so much time has elapsed the police will investigate the matter and if they come across proofs then you may be taken into custody as well.
