A wife filed conjural right sec 9 in Bengaluru family court shantinagar. They are arranged marriage. They belong to arya vasya caste other name is shetty or komati in karnataka. Gowtram punagashela- one in 102 arya vasya gowtrams

okay I understand you questions wife file a case againest her husband right if husband received notice from court and contact the case and take a advocate if he is ready to live with her he can take a mediation at court if he is not ready to live with her he can file a case againest her divorce case so if he is ready to file a case .

Dear Sir, The husband has to continue the marriage relationship otherwise such RCR case may be allowed if husband fails to resume marital relationships then Court has powers to impose monthly penalty upto Rupees Fifty Thousand till the husband obeys the orders of the Court. Take a wise decision or file contested divorce case.

1. you have to contest the case as the opposite party. 2. if you are not ready to take your wife back , file divorce case against her. 3. gotra is not important in case, I also belong to arya Vysya community
