Need help to quashing my false case and need justice. Please

My wife has put the case against me and my family under sec 498A, 307, and DP 3 and 4. This is our second marriage and we have a girl baby. I wanted to is there was any way I can go to the High court seeking help bec it's a completely fake case against me and my family. I have been trapped 2 times under 498A. In both cases, I have not done any mistakes but still, I am going through all this. Please I need justice and I wanted to come out of this kind of false case. I wanted a Lawyer who can really fight for the truth rather than make money. For the past 10 years, I am just doing the same. Please, someone, help me to get my right leave in this society. Please don't judge a book by its cover just bec this is my second case you people might think I might have done something wrong but trust me I have not done anything apart from not listening to their suggestion or option which girl's family gave me. I hope I get a response from a Lawyer who gives value to humanity and for truth.
