Need help to nullify my marriage - special act marriage

Hi I am a hindu and I got married to Christian guy under the special act (register marriage) basically he brainwashed me into the marriage. I had just turned 18 when we got married. We have 20 years of age difference. We never stayed under the same roof and now after 10 years I want to get out of this mess. Please let me know if there is any way to nullify the marriage? I don't want any alimony or anything from him just want to get out of this situation

you can file nullification of in court then you can get through court decree you never stayed one roof means you can get but what reason you have been converted to other costs you can explain about by way of forces

you have to take a strong contention and need to proove that marriage not in accordance to law to get divorce otherwise you can file divorce application too if they married against your will and wishes

You need to seek for mutual divorce rather than seeking nullity since you were adult at time of marriage as such there is no question of seeking for nullity. Please do contact me for further guidance and first legal notice

Okay, you have better option to get mutual consent divorce if he agrees. if he is not agreed the same, then you have to file divorce petition for divorce and nullify your marriage. First you talk to him, otherwise contact advocate and issue legal notice for mutual consent divorce. if he replies to the Notice, you will come to know about what is no his mind about the divorce. thereafter move it forward for MCD or Divorce petition.
