Need help regarding khula process

Hello I'm a Muslim women and have decided to seperate from my husband. Even hes ready. Soon I'll be going for khula.
I need to knw that will that khula certificate will be acceptelable internationally?because I have heard that international authority do not consider khulanama.is there any way where I can get some governments registered certificate of my khula. Please help me
Although you both are Muslim and have decided to give Talaq to each other. your question is incomplete and the reason behind the khula is missing and hence difficult to answer. In my opinion you should prefer to follow the conditions as per the Dissolution of Muslim Marriage act on ground of cruelty or irrevocable dissolution of marriage and It various other grounds. Further if you want to dissolve as per Khula only you should prefer to obtain a Talaqnama from Kadi, by returning the meher as your husband agreed to divorce.

Yes you can move to court and can follow the procedure for judicial separation and get courts order as same as Hindu women get decree and judgment by filing divorce petition by mutual consent of the parties.
