Need help regarding divorce as my wife is torturing me and my family

Dear Sir, my wife is harassing me and my family and creating nuisances almost everyday. She fights with all my family members. Has even left house in 2017 without any reason with my kid and making her skip her school for almost 2.5 months. She even suspects me of extra marital affairs and is tormenting me mentally and emotionally. I just wanted to ask that where do I stand if I want a divorce. She's already working and my kids have been brought up by my parents and she has no regards for them. My dad is a heart patient and my mother is a neuro patient. Both of them cry almost everyday.

Hi. You do have a remedy of filing for a contested divorce on your end on various grounds like cruelty, desertion etc. Please contact for a detailed discussion before I can suggest you further action.

This is cruelty by your wife, you need to hire an expert advocate in this regard and you need to collect the evidences before u move to file section 13 HMA. Whereas your wife can subsequently will try to falsely implicate you in 498a, DV ETC Plz b in touch

If your parents are being harassed by your wife day to day behaviour and they are crying. Your parents can file a petition under Senior citizen welfare Act for eviction of your wife and you from their home if owned by them or you yourself can file matrimonial cases against your wife
