Need help I want divorce from my wife

My wife fled sec9 and I filed sec13 1ia. Court counseling failed. No kids. Basically She was not interested in me from day1 of our marriage. Her family indirectly demanding 50 Lakhs. But I have private job. She also doing job. Only my parents have the property getting from their parents. Is she get share in my parents property if they died. What things we need to do because I can't give her 50 lakhs. My capacity is max 3-5 lakhs to her signature in divorce papers.

husband can present a petition to the District Court or the High Court, praying that his marriage needs to be dissolved on the ground that his wife has been guilty of adultery since the solemnization of marriage

what is the status of the cases pending before the court. on what basis is she demanding the amount so much. her family is demanding indirectly from you 50 lakhs on what basis. some things are based in trial and others require some info

If the behaviour of your partner is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal and if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.
