Need help for Divorce and Child custody


18-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married 4 years ago( love marriage) ​Have a 1 year child now. We both work in the same organisation. My wife treats my mother and my family very rudely. She did not want to stay at my father's place but want me to be ghar jamai. Which I did not accept. Due to her pressure after marriage, we both took a house loan and bought a house, near to her mother's home. She visits her mother home almost everyday. Still she creates ruckus every week. If my brother visits to see the kid, she takes the kid and goes to her mother's home. The whole plan is of her mother and my wife to torture us, and take my kid to her mother's place. She is a Bengali and I am a non bengali. She is not ready to understand and wishes to stay majority of time at her mother's place. I have no option but divorce. Please help me with no/ least alimony and my right to get the child.

you can file for contested divorce if she is not ready to divorce you or if both of you are ready to divorce each other then can move for mutual divorce and if your earning is less or if she does earning the court would not allow to give any alimony
