Hello,

Your marriage will is still valid if it was solemnised. In so many cases people do not register their marriage and stay together for ages. Yes the marriage can be dissolved mutually and is easier process. If no objections are raised and parties involved abide and corporate it is granted within 6 months. You may contact me if you need further assistance,

My Response to your query:

You can apply for certificate and receive copy.
If other party ready for mutual divorce you van apply same.

Your marriage is valid because of registration.

If your marriage registered with marriage registering authority. Then you can now claim copy of marriage certificate from marriage registering authority.
If you want Mutual Consent Divorce then both husband /wife must agree for that.If agree for that you can file Mutual Consent Divorce petition in court.
