Need help for child custody and divorce

I am married for 3 years mother of 2 yrs kid. From last 5 months I am staying at my moms place as my husband hit me and asked to go out of house. Instead of asking dowry my inlaws and husband all my gold at my inlaws place. Husband was struggling to settle his business so he asked for the gold to get loan.i agreed . Now its been 2 yrs he took the loan. His mother is planning to sell my gold and get married her daughter. They r not giving back my gold now. And from the beginning of our marriage life he is mentally torturing me to get money from my dad. Now he and his mother wants only my kid to be with them. I want to divorce him and get my son's custody. Pls help me what are the procedures to get my gold back and divorce him and to get my son's custody
you can file a domestic violence case, along with divorce case and if you have the child with you, then there is no need of asking for custody and if the child is with your husband and his family then you can claim custody and get it under domestic violence act or divorce petition under section 26 of hindu marriage act, further you can also get your gold and other things under domestic violence act, further you can also file criminal case of 498 A and dowry harassment case.

okay I understood your question you have a O file a case at court one is Gand WC and another one is devorce so in mediation center is their house n court you have to refer to he mater and O retun of all y our gold and any valubalthinges thank you for asking questions
