Hello Sir/Mam , i hve ask for mutual divorce to my husband we are separeted from a year he asked me for papers as i have not appoint any lawyer so i need female lawyer who help me in my case and go for my further process....i want to response after i got petition copy and salary slip for divorce alimony so need a lady lawyer who help me out....also pls keep it confidential and contact me on email only

Hi, You have an option to file divorce under section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955. For filing the same you may consult and seek a legal help from an expert lawyer. So far as confidentiality is concerned, lawyers are professionals and the conversations between the client and lawyer is privileged
