Need divorce quickly, ready to pay with minimum amount for settlement

Hi After one year of our marriage, my wife left me and she filed sec9 on me. I have made the decision that I am not ready to continue with her so I filed sec 13 1 ia. Court counselling failed and the next hearing is in June 2024. My problem is her intention was not to give divorce, no return back, no mutual divorce, only wasting time and demanding a huge amount up to 1cr. We are a middle class family. How to escape from this situation and please provide a strategy with a minimum amount & divorce

okay I understand your questions so you want to file for divorce you have a grounds nder cruality and desertion grounds is important ofter your marriage how many year or dayes you and your wife living both and your marriage consumation Or not and your wife is working or she is house wife every think is important so in this moment she filed already RCR case so you also have a right to give divorce alimoney is depends up on running the case

she may demand huge amount .. but entitlement is a different thing. she will get whatever she is entitled. depending on her income, liabilities etc and your liabilities and assets , income etc alimony will be determined.

Dear Sir, This is the tendency of many married women and thus the sanctity of marriage is being lowered day by day. In these circumstances a married man cannot do anything except compromising with your wife and continue the marriage or else you may not get the divorce in the near future. More suggestions in person.

You go and file objections to her RCR through your advocate in court . Meanwhile you can take the contention for not giving maintainence or ailmony . As per supreme court guidelines you both have file assets and liabilities affidavit before court and court will decide to pass the order about quantity
