Need divorce. No support from my husband. Even not caring about son

Already living separate. But want divorce legally.. How can I get divorce legally?

when your husband is not providing any support to the wife for complete 2 years then she can obtain a divorce on the ground of desertion and the additional to the decision ground you can also avail the ground of cruelty which consist of physical and mental cruelty for filing divorce you should choose the court where you are living where your husband or leaving where the marriage took place or where you lastly resided

You can file a petition for divorce before the family court and this is the contested divorce. Your husband may or may not contest it depending on the facts and circumstances. If your husband is willing you both can go for divorce by mutual consent.
