if the divorce has been taken place then you can certfiied copies of the order from the by way of third party affidavit in the court and that can be taken from the court but with specific reasons for what purpose the copies are required

If you know the Number of case of the person who got divorced, you can obtain decree and judgement copy as certified copy from concerned court by filing an application. Please find out the court and case number.

Well, you can go to the concerned Court where Divorce Case was filed and apply for the Certified Copy of the Divorce Decree. However, to get such copy, you need to have Case No, Court No in which such case was filed and Date on which such Case was filed.
